They say employee appreciation is critical for the happiness of your workforce and most would agree. Is there any exception to the rule? Maybe there is, if one or more of these following situations are true for you:

You are so happy with your talent pool you almost resist the idea of hiring new people.

You don't care about the reputation of your workplace
